SHIPPING, EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND SALES TERMS

APPLICABLE TO ORDERS SHIPPED TO UNITED STATES (USA)

📌 IMPORTANT NOTICE ON TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

Orders shipped outside the European Union, including those destined for the United States, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other charges that must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are determined exclusively by the customs authorities in the destination country.
COOL FAT GUY S.L. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS (USA)

COOL FAT GUY S.L. ships to the United States under the following conditions:

• Standard shipping to the USA: USD 12 (equivalent to ~210 MXN)

• Free shipping: orders over USD 288 (equivalent to ~5 000 MXN)

⏱ Estimated delivery time:
Between 5 and 15 business days, depending on logistics and customs clearance procedures.

Important:

• The initial shipping cost is partially subsidized by COOL FAT GUY S.L. as a commercial courtesy.

• The actual international shipping cost exceeds USD 12.

• Under no circumstances will COOL FAT GUY S.L. assume import taxes, customs duties, or any costs related to importation; these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ON CUSTOMS CHARGES (USA)

For orders shipped to the United States, the customer is responsible for payment of any import taxes, customs duties, or charges that may apply at delivery.

If the customer refuses the shipment, fails to pay customs charges, or does not complete necessary import procedures, the shipment may be held, returned, or abandoned by U.S. customs authorities.

In such cases:

• The order will be considered properly shipped by COOL FAT GUY S.L.

• No refund (full or partial) will be issued

• COOL FAT GUY S.L. will not assume any costs for shipping, return, customs handling, or package destruction

• Failure to pay import charges or refusal of the shipment is not attributable to COOL FAT GUY S.L. and is the exclusive responsibility of the buyer

2. SIZE EXCHANGES (USA)

Size exchanges are accepted, but they are NOT free of charge.

Size exchange cost:

• USD 72 

• + applicable import taxes and duties, payable by the customer upon delivery

The customer must request the size exchange by emailing info@coolfatguy.com within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.

Conditions:

• All transportation, handling, and customs costs for the exchange must be paid by the customer

• The product must be:

  • Unworn

  • In its original condition

  • With all tags intact

Important recommendation:

To avoid extra costs, we strongly recommend:

• Using the size recommendation tool available on product pages

• Responding to any size confirmation emails sent by COOL FAT GUY S.L. prior to shipping

COOL FAT GUY S.L. will not be responsible for size errors due to the customer’s failure to respond or confirm sizing.

3. RETURNS (USA)

Returns are accepted, but they are NOT free of charge.

Return cost:

• USD 32 

• + applicable import taxes and duties, payable by the customer

Customs charges may be approximately 20 %–30 % of the order value, depending on the product and U.S. import regulations.

Conditions:

• The customer must notify the return by emailing info@coolfatguy.com within 30 calendar days of receiving the order

• The product must be:

  • Unworn

  • In perfect condition

  • With all original tags attached

4. REFUNDS

Products purchased at full price

• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase

• Maximum refund processing time is 30 calendar days from receipt of the returned product

• Typically, refunds are processed within 10 to 15 business days

Products purchased during sales, Black Friday, or special promotions

• No cash refunds will be issued

• The refund will be made as a store credit coupon, redeemable online

• The coupon will be equal to the value of the returned product, minus applicable costs

5. PRICES

• All prices displayed for the United States market are in U.S. dollars (USD)

• Prices do not include import taxes or customs duties

• Any additional taxes, fees, or charges must be paid by the customer at delivery

6. PAYMENT METHODS

Customers may pay using the payment methods available at checkout, including credit/debit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD) via the secure Stripe platform.

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Bank details are not stored on COOL FAT GUY S.L. servers.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may vary with demand.
If an item is out of stock after purchase, COOL FAT GUY S.L. will notify the customer by email and may offer:

• A product of similar or higher value, or

• A refund of the amount paid, as applicable

8. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The relationship between the user and COOL FAT GUY S.L. is governed by Spanish law.

In case of dispute, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Castellón (Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction.
