SHIPPING, EXCHANGE, RETURN AND SALES CONDITIONS

APPLICABLE TO ORDERS DESTINED FOR MEXICO

📌 IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TAXES AND DUTY

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and duties, which must be paid by the customer at the destination.

These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are determined exclusively by the customs authorities of the destination country.
COOL FAT GUY SL has no control over these amounts and cannot anticipate their exact amount.

1. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS (MEXICO)

COOL FAT GUY SL ships to all of Mexico under the following conditions:

• Standard shipping to all of Mexico: MXN 210

• Free shipping: orders over 5,000 MXN

⏱ Estimated delivery time:
Between 5 and 15 business days , depending on logistics and customs processes.

Important:

• The initial shipping cost is partially subsidized by COOL FAT GUY SL as a commercial gesture.

• The actual cost of international transport is over 210 MXN .

• Under no circumstances will COOL FAT GUY SL assume taxes, duties, customs fees or expenses derived from the import , which will always be the responsibility of the customer .

• ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CUSTOMS FEES (MEXICO)

  For orders destined for Mexico, the customer is solely responsible for the payment of taxes, duties and customs fees that may apply at the destination.

  If the customer refuses the order , does not pay the customs fees , or does not complete the necessary import procedures , the order may be held, returned, or abandoned by the customs authorities.

  In these cases:

  • The order will be considered correctly shipped by COOL FAT GUY SL

  • No refunds will be issued , either in full or in part.

  • COOL FAT GUY SL will not assume the costs arising from shipping, returns, customs or destruction of the package

  Failure to pay customs fees or rejection of the order by the customer does not constitute a cause attributable to COOL FAT GUY SL and will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

2. SIZE EXCHANGES (MEXICO)

Size exchanges are accepted, but they are NOT free .

Cost of size exchange:

• 1,250 MXN

• + import taxes and duties , which will be paid by the customer at the destination

The customer must request the change by writing to info@coolfatguy.com within 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Conditions:

• All transport, management and customs costs arising from the exchange will be borne entirely by the customer .

• The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original state

  • With all labels intact

Important recommendation:

To avoid extra costs, we strongly recommend:

• Use the size recommender available on the product pages.

• Respond to all size confirmation emails that COOL FAT GUY SL sends before shipping.

COOL FAT GUY SL will not be responsible for sizing errors resulting from the lack of response or confirmation by the customer.

3. RETURNS (MEXICO)

Returns are accepted, but they are NOT free .

Return shipping cost:

• 550 MXN

• + import taxes and duties , which must be paid by the customer

Customs duties can range from approximately 20% to 30% of the order value , depending on the product and current regulations in Mexico.

Conditions:

• The customer must notify the return by writing to info@coolfatguy.com within 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

• The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In perfect condition

  • With all original tags

4. PAYMENT REFUND

Products purchased at full price

• The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase .

• The maximum period for making the refund will be 30 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.

• Refunds are usually processed within an estimated 10 to 15 business days .

Products purchased during sales, Black Friday or special promotions

• No monetary refund will be issued .

• The amount will be refunded exclusively via a purchase coupon , usable in the online store.

• The coupon will have the same value as the returned product, minus applicable expenses.

5. PRICES

• All prices shown for Mexico are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) .

• Prices do not include taxes or import duties .

• Any taxes, fees, or additional charges will be paid by the customer at the destination.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

The customer can pay for their order using the payment methods available in the online store at the time of purchase, including credit or debit card (VISA / MASTERCARD) through the secure Stripe platform.

All operations are performed under SSL security protocols.
Bank details are not stored on COOL FAT GUY SL servers

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may vary depending on demand.
In the event of a stock shortage after purchase, COOL FAT GUY SL will inform the customer by email and may offer:

• A product with similar or superior features

• Or a refund of the amount paid, as applicable

8. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The relationship between the user and COOL FAT GUY SL will be governed by the legislation in force in Spain .

In case of controversy, both parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of Castellón (Spain) , expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
