SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and duties, which must be paid by the customer at the destination.

1. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS

COOL FAT GUY SL makes shipments charging the following rates:

• Spain (PENINSULA)

Within 24 business hours: €10.99
In 48/72 working hours: €4.84

• Spain (Balearic Islands)

In 48/96 working hours: €11.08

• Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

In 4/10 working days: €15.21 + fees

Free shipping:

Orders over €100: free shipping within the Iberian Peninsula
Orders over €210: free in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

2. SIZE EXCHANGES

Customers may request a size exchange by writing to info@coolfatguy.com within 30 calendar days of receiving their order. The product must be returned before the end of this period.

Conditions:

Within 30 calendar days: the exchange is free and COOL FAT GUY SL covers the shipping costs.
After that period: the expenses will be borne by the client.

Exceptions:

If the product was purchased with a discount, promotion, offer, or Black Friday deal , the customer will be responsible for the exchange costs. The cost is €8.44 (VAT included) for managing the collection and reshipment.

Requirements:

The product must be unused , in its original condition and with all labels intact .
Exchanges due to customer error (wrong size, color, model): €8.44 (VAT included) for collection and reshipment.

3. RETURNS

The customer must notify the return by writing to info@coolfatguy.com and send the product within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Expense conditions:

If the order was with free shipping or purchased on offer/promotion/discount/Black Friday , the customer will assume the return costs ( €8.44 including VAT ).
If the customer paid for shipping at the regular price , the return will be free (limited to 1 exchange or return per order) and except for the Balearic and Canary Islands, which will pay for the corresponding transport.
From the second exchange or return onwards: the costs will be borne by the customer.

4. PAYMENT REFUND

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
COOL FAT GUY SL will issue the refund within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product.

Important:

Products purchased on sale, Black Friday or discounted items are NOT refundable .
Only size changes or replacements for products of equal or higher value will be accepted (paying the difference or receiving a purchase coupon).

Prices

All products show the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
