The availability of products offered by COOL FAT GUY SL. may vary depending on customer demand. Although COOL FAT GUY SL. updates its stock regularly, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. The return period will be considered fulfilled if the customer returns the product before the end of the period.

The costs of managing and shipping size exchanges processed within 30 calendar days will be covered by COOL FAT GUY SL. unless the products were purchased on offer or with special discounts.

Size changes processed after the 30-day period will be at the customer's expense.

Except in the case of having purchased the products on “sale” + “promotion” + “discount” + “black friday”, in that case the customer will assume the costs of collection, shipping or possible exchanges and will have a cost of 8.44 (VAT included) for processing the collection of the purchased products and the shipment of the new products.

At all times, whether within or outside the indicated period, the product must be in its original delivery condition, unused and with its corresponding labels, otherwise it will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Returns

Payment refund

COOL FAT GUY SL. will refund the amounts paid by the customer within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.

Important:

Products purchased on sale, Black Friday or discounted items are non-refundable.
Only size changes or replacements for products of equal or higher value will be accepted (paying the difference or receiving a purchase coupon).

Return of defective products

If the product is not in good condition for reasons not attributable to the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, notifying COOL FAT GUY SL. of the reason for the return by any of the means provided in these terms and conditions, at no cost to the customer. Returns of defective or damaged products will not be considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

COOL FAT GUY SL. undertakes to pay the cost of the return and replace the product with a new one in accordance with the terms accepted at the time of sale.
